General Configuration
Platform configuration is managed from Admin → Platform Config. Changes take effect immediately — no restart required.
Branding

| App Title | The platform name shown in the browser tab, emails, and policy pages. Also available as in policy templates |
| Logo Asset | Image shown in the navigation header. Pick from the asset library. Recommended: SVG or PNG with transparent background |

Content
| Setting | Description |

| Banner Collection | Collection whose matched items are shown in the hero banner on the home page. Typically a hidden collection used only for this purpose |
| Visitor Access | Controls what unauthenticated visitors can do (see below) |
Visitor Access levels
| Level | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| none | Visitors are redirected to the login page. No content is visible without an account |
| browse | Visitors can browse and see content listings, but cannot watch. Useful for a public-facing catalogue |
| watch | Visitors can browse and watch content without logging in. Gated content still requires a subscription |
Accounts

| Registration Mode | Controls how new viewer accounts are created (see below) |
| Max Profiles | Default maximum number of profiles per account. Individual tiers can override this |
| Max Concurrent Streams | Default maximum simultaneous streams per account. Individual tiers can override this |
Registration modes
| Mode | Behaviour |

| none | Registration is closed. No new accounts can be created |
| open | Anyone can sign up with an email and password |
| approval | Viewers can register, but their account is held pending until an admin approves it in Admin → Accounts |
| invite | Accounts can only be created via invitation links sent by an admin |
Subscriptions
| Setting | Description |

| Enable subscriptions | When on, content can be gated by subscription tier. When off, all content is freely accessible to any viewer with an account. Requires Stripe to be configured — contact us before enabling |
Ads

| Ads Audience | Who sees ads (see below) |
| Ad Provider | Whether to use self-hosted ads, Google IMA, or none |
| Ad Break Interval | How frequently ad breaks are inserted during playback (e.g. every 10 minutes) |
| Ads Per Break | Number of ads played in each break (pod size) |
Ads Audience levels

| none | Ads are disabled for everyone |
| unauthenticated | Ads play only for visitors who are not logged in |
| all | Ads play for all viewers regardless of login status. Tiers with the No Ads benefit are exempt |

Support
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Support Email | Email address where viewer support requests are forwarded. Leave empty to hide the support form from the platform footer |
| Email Theme | Theme applied to outgoing system emails (password reset, invite links, approval notifications). Pick from themes in Admin → Themes |
Policies
Assigns a template to each policy slot. The rendered policy is served at the corresponding URL and linked from the platform footer.
