Viewer Profiles

Profiles let multiple people share a single account while keeping their own watch history, language preferences, and watchlist. After logging in, viewers are taken to a profile selection screen before entering the platform.

Profile selection

On login, viewers see a "Who's watching?" screen listing all profiles on the account. They click their profile to enter the platform under that identity. An Add New tile appears when the account has not yet reached its profile limit.

Creating a profile

From the profile selection screen, click Add New. Fill in:

• Name — how the profile appears on the selection screen
• Avatar — optional image chosen from the platform's asset library
• Preferred Audio Language — default audio track language when multiple are available
• Preferred Subtitle Language — default subtitle language

Editing a profile

From the profile selection screen, or from the Account page once inside the platform, click a profile to edit its name, avatar, or language preferences.

Deleting a profile

Open the profile for editing and click Delete. This is permanent — watch history and watchlist entries for that profile are removed. The default profile on an account cannot be deleted.

Profile limits

The maximum number of profiles per account is set by the platform configuration or the viewer's subscription tier. The profile selection screen hides the Add New tile once the limit is reached.
