Demo Platforms
A demo platform is a fully functional instance of the platform pre-loaded with sample content, giving you a hands-on way to explore the admin panel and viewer experience before committing to a production setup.
Requesting a demo
Demo platforms are requested through the product page — use the same contact form you would use to get in touch with us. We will provision a demo environment and send you the access credentials.
What you can do in a demo
A demo gives you full access to the viewer experience and most of the admin panel:
- Browse and watch content
- Explore the admin panel — content, collections, themes, subscriptions, ads, and more
- Upload videos and attach them to content nodes, then organize content into collections
- Manage assets — upload images, crop and resize them, and use them across the platform as thumbnails, logos, icons, avatars, and tier badges
- Try the profile and watchlist features as a viewer
What is restricted in a demo
The following actions are disabled to protect the shared demo environment:
| Restricted area | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Platform configuration | Visible but read-only — settings cannot be saved |
| Registration | Viewer registration is disabled — the demo comes with pre-provisioned viewer credentials |
| Account creation | Disabled in the admin panel — new admin accounts cannot be created |
| Account management | Viewer accounts can be viewed but not modified, approved, or deleted |
Moving to production
When you are ready to set up your own platform, contact us. We will provision a production environment with your own domain, credentials, and configuration — separate from the demo.
